Citipower and Powercor are electricity distributors and manage the poles, wires and equipment that deliver electricity to homes and businesses in Melbourne and through central and western Victoria.

Challenge

Prepare a piece of communication material that will explain the rollout of the smart metres to Victorian householders.

Solution

A small easy to read and graphic ladened brochure was created to clearly explain the process of installation and the benefits of the Smart Meter. The brochure was distributed by Citipower and Powercor field workers when visiting households marked for smart meter installation.
