VGolf – Branding

CLIENT 

Golf Victoria

The Victorian Golf Association started an innovative program for children to learn how to play golf.

CHALLENGE

To design a logo that appealed to a younger demographic, and both genders, in a sport that is historically quite conservative.

SOLUTION

The VGolf logo is bold typographical mark. The flight of the ball is suggested with the curve of the “V” which ends up in the “hole” of the O. It’s strong and confident, and looked striking on clothing and signage.

The program was so successful that it was adopted by Golf Australia and rolled out nationally as the “MyGolf” program.
