Trading Faces – Promotional and Customer Retention Direct Mail

Challenge

Our challenge was to create a direct mail communication piece that complemented the updated brand, while in concept sat well within the look and feel of Trading Faces new website (designed by Idaho).

Solution

The final direct mail piece consisted of two parts:  an A5 postcard that was delivered to 10,000 residences and a customer loyalty card.

The postcard promoted a discount deal for services provided by Trading Faces, with the design of the card reflecting the summer season and the “new year/new you” concept.   Idaho  developed the idea of  the customer loyalty card which provided ongoing discounts to Trading Faces treatments and products services as was issued to customers taking part in the initial direct mail offer.
