CITIPOWER AND POWERCOR
Every year, CitiPower and Powercor celebrate Customer Service Week with a number of functions at their city head office and regional depots. These are an opportunity to reinforce their company values and how they relate to customer service. Each year there is a theme that is carried through all the materials.
To come up with a creative concept that will create a sense of celebration and be adaptable from a large city building foyer, to a small regional tea room. The concept was to be implemented in stages in the lead up to, and during the week.
For this year’s theme “Living the Company Values”, we created a concept of brightly coloured puzzle pieces to represent that values and behaviours are pieces that work together to create a bigger picture of positive customer service. Posters were put up in the weeks prior, that slowly grew with new puzzle pieces added over time. During the CS week, we worked with a number of suppliers, manufacturers and internal staff to ensure the successful roll out and installation of decorations including floor stickers, balloons, large wall graphics and posters. The week was a great success.
