A healthcare company providing private health insurance and health solutions to 3.9 million people in Australia and New Zealand.
Medibank needed to produce training support documents for it’s customer service staff. The documents had to be designed in a way to allow the staff to customise their own learning materials, and be easy to reference on the job.
Staff received a binder with information divided into modules, which were consistently colour coded for easy reference. Each module had plenty of space for their own notes, checklists, procedures and practices, and worksheets. The pages respected the brand guidelines, and presented the information in a very simple and intuitive way, with visual cues used to prompt the trainee as needed.
