Melbourne University’s ARC Centre of Excellence for Coherent X-ray Science
The ARC Centre of Excellence in Coherent X-ray Science (CXS) is an Australian government initiative that began in July 2005 to explore what can be achieved with X-ray optics; including an understanding of exotic phenomena such as X-ray phase discontinuities.
Present the CXS in a way that attracts some of the brightest post graduate Physics students to be apart of the CXS ARC Centre of Excellence
A radical new look and feel was developed for CSX that utilise some of the astonishing imagery obtained by the experiments being conducted by the centre world-wide. We chose a dark base colour that enhanced the huge variety of colours seen from the experiment imagery and introduced a bright and varied colour palette.
The CXS’s intake of Postgraduate Physics Students increase by 70%.
