The IT Service Centre in CitiPower and Powercor had released a new customer charter and wanted to communicate it to their employees.
To make a relatively dry subject matter interesting enough to make people read it.
We pitched an idea to turn the IT service centre into superheroes, presenting their mission and goals in a comic book style. Their promises are presented in a noble way, the duty of these superheroes to their customers. The client loved it and the campaign was very successful.
